May 22, 2008 · its not all applications which r open signed. there is LATEST way to installl unsigned apps on ur s60v3 os 9.1 or os 9.2 phones. its unofficial and called as hacking of phone.with this,,u can sign apps within ur phone and no need to upload and wait to get it signed.it also gives access to system files of s60v3 phones. bytheway simbian signed was closed. nokia doesnt wants we to use third party
